We work with a dedicated team and dedicated employee model for all positions, IT (developers, designers, QA professionals) and BPO (marketers, content writers, admin support, etc.). We recruit for every need and per client’s needs solely; our approach is 100% tailor-made and unique.
The start period is from 2 to 4 weeks generally, but in some cases, it can be within a week or more than 4 weeks, depending on the specifics of the role. For example, the process can be really short for BPO roles like customer support representative, and for certain IT positions like senior developer roles with specific skills, it may be longer than 4 weeks.
The flat monthly rate is a flat fee that does not vary and covers all costs for the dedicated employee(s) monthly. The rate includes vacation days and national holidays as entitled by law for each location. It consists of all costs associated with the employee(s) and their needs.
With our model, the employee is available in a defined work span of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Basically, they are like your own employee, using all the tools and communication channels you use in-house. There are no third parties involved. Each location has an HR department to handle employees’ needs and well-being.
The agreement defines the terms and conditions between you, a client, and us, a service provider. It’s a simple and straightforward agreement available per request, and it can be modified as needed with mutual consent from both sides.
The payment can be made via an invoice at the end of the month or via wire transfer. If you want to use a credit card or Paypal, it will go through the Canadian office, whereas the wire transfer is an option for our respective offices in Macedonia and Serbia.
Our most used and most efficient model is the monthly engagement, and for any modifications, feel free to contact us directly. Part-time and per-hour options are available per unique requests, each being addressed separately.
We have the option for a paid trial period, which can be from 1 to 3 months. Free trial options are available in unique situations. We advise you to check this option directly.Â
Either Party can cancel the agreement at any time, for any reason, by prior written notification with a 30 (thirty) day notice period.
We are a long-term talent solution provider, and short-term services are not an option.
