Your role will be:
ā Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
ā Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
ā Map role criteria, define position description, and document specifications
ā Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
ā Conduct confidential interviews
ā Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
ā Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
ā Follow up with clients and assist with the candidateās transition and onboarding process
ā Network and build long-lasting client relationships
Basic requirements:
ā At least 1 year of working experience in IT recruiting
ā Deep understanding of recruitment processes
ā Firm knowledge of candidates selection methods
ā Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
ā Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
ā Market insight
ā Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
ā Integrity and confidentiality
