In 2011, two competitors in the tech industry, Chris Pavlovski and Ryan Milnes, transformed rivalry into a groundbreaking partnership, laying the foundation for Cosmic Development. Their shared passion for innovation and a sportsman’s spirit led to a unique collaboration, illustrating how great minds can create remarkable ventures together.
Chris, the dynamic founder and CEO of Rumble.com, along with Ryan Milnes, each brought their entrepreneurial spirit and industry insights to the table. Their meeting was not just a convergence of ideas but a catalyst for a cooperative business model that would redefine the industry.
Recognizing the potential in outstaffing, Chris’s journey to Macedonia sparked the first step in our global expansion. The establishment of our initial offshore office in Skopje, Macedonia, in the chilly February of 2011, marked the beginning of an era of international growth and innovation. This expansion continued with the opening of our second office in Belgrade, Serbia, in 2014, and another in Bitola, Macedonia, just a year later.

Over the past ten years, Cosmic Development has evolved from a bold idea into an international outstaffing powerhouse in IT support and BPO services. Today, we stand proud as a Canadian company with a robust presence in Serbia and Macedonia, serving over 50 satisfied clients. Our team, now over 200 strong across various locations, is a testament to our commitment to excellence and the power of collaborative innovation.
